The Nine west location in the Vacaville Oulets has the worst management and the poorest customer service! I do not recommend any one to shop there at all! I tried returing a pair of shoes purchased off the clearance rack from a purchase 1 month prior. The manager Vera accused me of wearing the shoes, accused me of purchasing them from Ross and trying to return there, she did not beleive I bought them from the Folsom outlets.
