This company operates a complete scam- the product doesn't work and the customer service is horrible and in addition, they sign you up for some bogus online company which monitors your diet/fitness progress. It seems that everyone was lured in by the 4.95 trial only to find out that it's for 14 days only - after which time they will immediately charge you an add'l 79.95 (outrageous for a useless 30 day supply of a placebo).
