We had made a purchase for which GE was the loan company. After a few payments, we received a letter stating that if we paid off the balance early, we would receive an incentive check in the mail. Since this was doable and would save us a little, I paid off the balance. The check has never arrived. Numerous calls to customer service resulted in my continuously being told I would receive the check in " 7 - 10 business days. After reading some of these other compaints, mine seems minor. I suggest we all send letters to our elected officials and see if we can get anay results. read full review »
