i have been trying to reach the phone number at 1 800 660 8489 also 1866 407 1033 this one has answering machine you can not get thur cant leave a meesage so forget about try to reach them get hold of your bank and get them to handle it for you also i did get thur online a fitfactory on line with guote a trainer she giving out the 1 866 407 1033 i spoke with her again she dosent know why it not being answered but she saied if you order a free trail offer you also get signed up with the fit factor i didnt see that on the wed page did anyone esle read full review »
