a recent complaint by walter brock was unfinished. walter returned a package six weeks after receiving it and was told he had to pay for it anyway. he has received a notice from "north shore agency" acollections agency. why should he pay for a returned, unopened, therefor unused product? after only six weeks? why cant they just accept that he didnt want the product and cancel his account? read full review »
