Four years ago CIC started billing us a monthly fee. We never, ever authorized it or obtained any kind of credit reports - had no idea why? After raising a fuss, they stopped. We let a month or two of fees go then. Now we discover they have started up again. Calls to them result in the same old circle - call Chase Bank. We write to Chase Bank, and they refuse to help - really refuse - call CIC they say.
