I have purchase a Dexon DVD Player from Eureka Electronics Kuwait. Few days ago, i took my DVD for repair to Eureka Showroom Shuwaik, Kuwait. The DVD is with complete packing along with box with all teh accessorries. They checked and took the DVD and told me that the Service center will call you when it is repaired. But in return they haven't gave me any proof that i have given them the DVD for repair. After 2 days i received a call that your DVD is repaired and ready to be picked up.
