My grandmother gave them 800.00 for a week at one of the hotels that they are affiliated with. Being elderly and of that generation of trust she forgot to get any form of receipt and paid cash. Rocky Point travel stated that they would book her a week in Mexico and would call her in a few days. They never called, and all of her Email and calls go unreturned.They state that they have no record of anyone by her name ever being there by her name.She spent 2 hours in the offices there talking with the General manager George J.
