Follow Up. I am still having problems with DIgitel constant disconnections in order to lower ADSL speed even after a company friend keeps trying to stop them from cheating me. I am a good customer always paying early my bill and to be treated in such a fashion is total theft in my opinion. I am keeping a snapshot log of my modem/router status of each time they disconnect me and set my speed lower than what I am paying for.
