On May 4, 2009, I ordered a pink KidKraft Step N Store and paid $36.00 plus $10.95 for shipping. My credit card was charged $46.95 on May 5th. I have sent three emails and left a voice message for Dan Hansen (888-656-4777) regarding this matter and have not received a response, nor have I received the merchandise.
