I signed up for the product on the internet nature's way site. The product came and it had caffeine in it - I cannot take that so I called and cancelled. Then this week I received yet another shipment. When I called to complain the operator said there was no record of me cancelling before. so i cancelled again and this time wrote down the cancel confirn number - and she had me signed up for three products even though I had just signed up for one!!
