Me and my friends were expecting an enjoyable night ten-pin bowling, we rang to book two lanes as there were seven of us and we also stated that we would like two games. (all female party 22 year olds.) On arrival we stated our names, and the lady on the desk told us which lanes to go in. After playing about 5 balls each, one lane crashed, so we went and told the girl behind the desk. She then got her manager to come down to sort this out.
