I ordered a trial of Extreme Acai Berry, and canceled within one week. I was then charged $29.95 on my credit card. I called the number on their website, but only got a fast busy signal. After finding this site, I found many complaints like mine. One post had a phone number. I called it and eventually got the 'customer service' rep to agree to refund the charge, but only after telling him I would be disputing it with my bank.
