I ordered two brand new touch screen cell phones from the company mycellbay in China. The phones arrived and at first only one of them did not work. You could barely get past the home screen. A couple of days later the second phone started having the same problems and I reported this to mycellbay. They just kept telling me to keep doing the pen calibrations and hope for the best. i thought that was ridiculous and asked them to either exchange the phones or i wanted a full refund.
