Just like many others I have read, my complaint is of reciept of an "invoice" for a magazine, Good Housekeeping, which I received as a gift subscription 2 years ago and has subsequently expired. All out of the blue, I get a red invoice from "The Hearst Corporation" and it's "VP of Collections G.L. Valk" for the amount of $7.97 . I know I do not owe Good Housekeeping Magazine a dime, and I find this ridiculous that this scam has continued despite so many other people complaining of similar situations. read full review »
