When I called for a refund the guy actually laughed at me...then talked over me until I hung up. I called back and was successful in getting a refund (actually, we'll see if it processes). ALSO - found out that they use IP authentication for their blast emails. When they have any server configuration changes the recipients email provider (in my case Cox Communications) may not recognize the IP and block the email.
