Awful customer service. After getting your money they really dont care. Charged me twice. Lied about terms and conditions when I signed up. Then the last straw, after falling ill in the 14days cancellation policy - I was actually hospitallised and gave them all my medical notes- they refused to give me any good will gesture refund. I am not well enough to use the gym for the immediate future and now have a Years membership they will not refund- not even partially. read full review »
