I was billed the $82.31 on credit card and never received the product. Called the 800 number, waited 30 minutes for a representative and was disconnected. Sent cancellation email to email address and received a "delivery status notification failure." Contacted credit card company to reverse charges on 6/2/2009. I've been duped!!! read full review »
