Almost two weeks ago I ordered the entire dvd series of Murder She Wrote. Twenty minutes after ordering, a co-worker informed me that she had ordered from DVD Media Universe and that the merchandise was missing various episodes and that the series were not in any kind of order. I immediately proceeded to cancel the order. I never rec'd a confirmation of the cancellation and almost two weeks later rec'd this merchandise in the mail.
