Due to poor service at check -in desk No 01 i along with my family consisting two child and wife missed the flight from Paris (BVA) to East Midlands(EMA) despit the fact that we all reached at Beauvais Air Port before the given time on 01 May2009 which resulted not only financial loss but also mental agony.
