I purchased two 1TB Hitachi hardrives # HDS721010Kla330 They arrived in bubble wrap all secure. However when opened I saw "Scotch Tape" on the drives from someones desktop? Both drives were failed on arrival. The BIOS could not even recognise them...Chunking as the armature slammed into the spindle! NewEgg must have purchased a lot of failed "Hitachi" hardrives from some rip-off. I requested a full return and credit... My position as an IT Manager running Trading Servers in NYC lets me know that I could have done better... read full review »
