I checked my account on an ATm machine and it said I had the availabilty of 56 dollars, I withdrew 40. A week later I received a letter saying i've overdrawn my account. I called and told them I they have made a mistake and they said no, and I "shouldn't" have seen the amount of 56. On top of that, I made 3 more tiny transactions after that, I got fines 120 something overall. I switched to citizens immediately today. read full review »
