Is VWSA in contradiction of their own standards? How can VWSA state 'You will love them because they have been loved' on their website and ad material when the mastercar we bought has been confirmed to have been repaired by a non vw approved workshop prior to our purchase. If the car was 'loved' it would have been repaired and painted at an approved shop. Now the evidence is showing of substandard repairs. Is this a mastercar? Why would Annette Stewart of the KZN Division of the RMI take a consumers complaints against their member Newcastle VW and twist the entire complaint? First she said that they cannot do anything about our complaints due to us opening a police case against their member. After posting complaints on hellopeter.com about RMI, she called me to confirm that she will be sending the member a letter of suspension.
