my complaint with this place is the fact that you can complain as much as you want and nothing will get fixed! There are a few rooms that have mold growing in the bathroom, the spa outside is always broken, and if you ask the front desk when it will be fixed the answer will be "we're waiting on the part". I know for a fact the spa has not worked in over 2 years! Yet it is advertised on their site. The honeymoon suite is over priced and falling apart... the Jacuzzi rooms are just plain nasty!
