i purchased an account from them, it was misadvertised. i went on customer service and they exchanged it with one of equal value. this new account was also misadvertised. i went back on their live chat to tell them this and they refused to refund me.on the first account i spent $15.00 for a month of gameplay. they refused to refund that. then on the new account i recieved i spent another $15.oo, it turns out he didnt have any of the items they stated he had, and they refused to refund me again. i re-contacted customer service and they said out... read full review »
