First I was charged for a "Free Trial Offer" and then the shipments kept coming, even though I refused them. Now I am told I had to get a return authorization number--EVEN THOUGH THEIR PHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT ACCURATE. I finally got a phone number off this complaint site that worked 1-866-951-1393 and now have a cancellation number. So far their "free trial offer" is going to cost us $265.65 and the Company says I cannot do anything about it. How is that for doing business? read full review »
