I have never in my entire life dealt with such a horrible company. Someone should take them to court and sue the life out of them. I fell behind and immediately tried to contact them on how to resolve the situation. Would sit on the phone for hours and hours and each time someone would pick up the phone it was a different person and you would have to explain all over again. I'm at my wits end.
