I received merchandise from this company and have no recollection of purchasing it. I have tried to inquire about this and been on hold for 25 minutes and also emailed them and have not hjad any reply. I could return merchandise, but there is a restocking fee of 15%, plus they say you have thirty days to return it and the bill says 11/19 and the p9stage date is 12/15. After reading numerous statements from other customers, I believe they are not a reputable company and misrepresent themselves. read full review »
