I foolishly ordered this online clicked on a link in AOL. In two hours I tried to cancel my free trial. Which really isn't a free trial they charge you 4.95 to ship out a 30 day supply and on the 15th day they charge you full amount for product. Also by clicking on send free trial you automatically get enrolled with fitfactory.com. I was told I am responsible for the shipping and handling even though they did not ship or handle any product for me. They don't answer phone, keep you waiting forever, hang up on you and are rude.
