Ever since we switched to fasthosts.co.uk as our host we have always had problems. As a result we have become experts in solving our own problems as their support does not exist (they call it 2nd line engineers but I am sure it is just a phone in an old room somewhere that no one ever visits) Recently, we spent a lot of time changing our main business.
