Converter box coupons is the biges fars around. sent my request off by e-mail, they could not reconise my address, then thy canciled my coupons. They made no attemp to reach me by e-mail. Sent a reply again by e-mail and they do not reconise hotmail acconts. so the gov. is still in the bigges fars ever.
