My worst experience of Internet shopping ever by a huge margin. Appear to be 'good value for money' when you look at their prices but realistically.. 1) Payment taken on order not shipment 2) 'expected shipment date' on web site is a myth 3) continually receive revised delivery dates - which are never achieved 4) trying to get a refund is exactly the same... dates are promised then changed or missed.
