Ordered supposedly free product to try for 15 days. Little did I know that 15 days begins the day you order NOT the day you receive!!! Which the product took well over a week for me to get! I canceled the auto shipment 3-4 days after receiving the product and they still billed me $$87.13 claiming (after much trouble getting ahold of them) that it was canceled past the 15 days free trial period. Geeze - I only had the product for several days! On top of that they charged me an "accross the border fee" and they are located in south Florida they claim!! What is up with that???
