The staff at Palma Real are eager to book atour or show you their vacation club. Try to complain about service and you get ignored and shown a lot of BS about protocol. Case in point. Stayed at this resort and ordered a bottle of wine. When the wine went bad we complained. The pompous manager Cesar Garcia simply told us over and over about the protocol for ordering the wine. He refused to hear us and refused to try the wine himself! Complained to the hotel manager who simply reiterated the wine ordering protocol according to Sol Melia. Bottom line: poor service that would never be tolerated in the USA. read full review »
