I have had the very same thing happen that seems to be happening to everyone. Never received the product but was charged anyway. This happened April 10th and here it is June 7th and I still haven't received the product and "they" refuse to refund until I send back the never received bottle. I am tired of this happening to so many people and nobody is doing anything to stop it. These people need to be made responsible for the obvious scams they are running.
