A three seater sofa was given to Furniture concepts Scruz, where it was bought, for repair and I paid 7700 for the work. Delivered in Nov 08 & the leather started tearing in Feb 09. Despite complaints emailed and informed to its tele service reps, now the firm doesnt respond. I have no choice but to register this complaint and hope something will be done.
