I also saw an unauthorized charge of $1.95 on my Visa that occurred right after the charge from ProFlowers when I ordered flowers for mothers day. The next month, the unauthorized charge went up to $14.95. I called the 1-800-444-9491 number that I found on someone else's post, and they quickly refunded both charges. They claimed it will take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on my card, which to me sounds like a really creative form of working capital for a scam "company". read full review »
