Couple obtained membership for use of RV parks through the US. Husband died in 1999 and wife tried to cancel the contract since she was no longer able to RV (in fact, the RV was sold after her husbands death. Fee continued to be deducted from her checking account until 2005, when she was advised the contact the credit union and stop the charges. Since that time she has been flooded with phone call on both her home phone, and more recently on her cell phone.
