I recieved a check with a letter signed by Chip Christo T. Harris (claim director.) I called the number and was told to cash the check and then to call him back when I had the money then he will give me instructions on how and where to send the tax money for the winnings of 210, 000.00 usd. I was told by a Quick Cashing place that the check is a fraud I would like to know how the people can get checks to print and mail out to people for money.
