My friend in USA sent me (I am in Singapore) a floral arrangement for my birthday through www.singaporeflowershop.com, order no: WS-45092010. He had used this site before. However, this year, 2009 the floral arrangement was never delivered to my address, but dumped at a trash can 2 apartments away.
