I received the product more than 7 days after ordered as indicated on the website. I was charged the 89.31 on my account that was not authorized by me that will not be returned although I cancelled the order and was given a confirmation number. They strickly go by the terms and conditions of signing up for the 'free' trial so be sure to cancel extra early or don't order the product at all. This company isn't about customer service at all, it's about the money. Beware of this company! You don't have any consumer rights at all!!! read full review »
