I sign up for a free sample. Two weeks from the day of the charge I had full charges for the product. I call to find out why I had not been given 30 days to evaluate the product effects. I was charge without notification or approval. I call to cancel on May 29, 2009 and on May 30 they charge me for another shipment I have not recieve. They have been asking me to wait for the approval of the refund for a second time. I call and they hung up on me while waiting for the supervisor. read full review »
