I looked at a few complaints on here and I'm a little confused. Some people apparently submitted a complaint and...that's it as far as I can tell. They didn't mention doing anything about it. I guess they figure this is a wonderous website that will handle the complaints for them. If you have a problem, fine. Submit your complaint with details and what you've done about it.
