charged credit card $42.79 with no authorization from customer. www.ea.com which appears on credit card statement is a completely useless site--impossible to use to contact any one. No phone nos. available. When you get a screen to send an email--it will not accept your e mail at send. For novice computer users this is all a freaking nightmare. I don't want pogogames but I can't seem to cancel them anywhere, either in Pogo's site or in EA' site.
