We purchased an a/c and a microwave on 5/11 for our son. In the mean time we had a death in the family, a trip to Oregon, a trip to Wisconsin and trip to Tulsa. On 6/7 we finally got around to putting the a/c in. It did not work. I had no receipt. I called the store and talked to the night customer service manager and told him that we did pay for it with our debit card.
