Ordered free trial-sent, tried to call 14 days after I received it to get a return number to send it back--They do not answer the phone-only a recording so I sent it back without but stating on the box under RMA # Can't get one -you won't answer the phone and they sent it back saying they won't accept it. In the meantime they charged my Credit Card again, they finally have on the new recording something about checking an order status or cancelling a subscription but still can't get someone on the phone to get a return... read full review »
