I purchased a condo/townhouse in Nov.of 2005, and my loan was sold to Gmac mortgage. I had gotten a two year arm loan and in Oct. of 2007 I decided to start the process of re modification. My loan was not due to reset until Jan. 1st 2008, however I decided to start early to prevent any problems.
