The Hilton Best Rate Guarantee is a complete scam! Made a reservation on hilton.com for a room for $79/night Best Rate Available. Expedia was offering the same exact room, same description, same amenities, same cancellation policy, same everything during the Expedia hotel sale. Filled out the claim form online and got a response saying that the claim has been denied because even though I've complied with everything above, the agent "claimed" that I was paying Expedia the cost of the room which invalidates this claim.
