American Airlines had very uncomfortable air in my husband, John Scott, and my seating area, on our return flight from Santo Domingo. We were informed that the air could not be changed. Apparently the problem has persisted for rows 10-12 for some time?? We paid the same price as the other passengers...why is it ok for us to freeze?? I asked for a blanket...none were left??
