On June 9 2009. I called Travelocity to make changes on my trip package and the representative had me on the phone for 52 Mins. After being on hold numerous times, the representative came back and told me that I could cancel my hotel reservation and get a full refund. I was happy to hear that, because due to an EMERGENCY I had to cancel my trip.
